TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY FOR

Archway Bus Transportation, Inc.

PAYMENT:

A deposit of $100 per bus is required to reserve your charter date and must be received within one week of your reservation. On multi day trips, a deposit of $100 per day is required. The balance is due 45 days prior to your charter date. Visa, Master Card and American Express payments are accepted or mail your payment to: Archway Bus, 76 Industrial Lane, West Warwick RI 02893

CANCELLATION POLICY:

No fee if cancelled with at least a 45 day notice prior to the charter date.

Cancellations received with less than a 45 day notice prior to the charter date will be subject to cancellation fees as outlined below:

Less than 7 days prior to departure – no refund

8 thru 30 days prior to departure – 50% cancellation fee (50% refund)

31 thru 44 days prior to departure – 25% cancellation fee (75% refund)

DRIVERS HOURS:

Federal Dept. of Transportation safety regulations prohibit drivers to be on duty more than 15 hours per day, 10 of which are driving. The driver must be given 8 consecutive hours off before he/she may continue.

DAMAGE TO BUSES:

The cost of repairing damage to a bus resulting from a passenger will be charged to the chartering party and payable when the cost is calculated.

BAGGAGE:

Archway Bus Transportation assumes no responsibility for any personal property. Baggage and any personal property will be handled at the passengers own risk.

OBJECTIONAL PERSONS:

Archway Bus Transportation reserves the right to refuse to transport passengers under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs who would be objectionable to others.

UNUSUAL CLEANING:

There may be an additional cost if upon the return of a charter, it is determined that the bus requires more cleaning than would be otherwise necessary on a similar charter.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Neither party shall be liable in any event or for any reason, including breach of this agreement to the other party or third party for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages or loss of profits arising out of this agreement, even if such damages were foreseeable or either party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ADA NOTICE:

Any group that requires an ADA accessible bus is requested to inform us at the time of reservation and must notify us no later than 48 hours prior to the charters departure.

PLEASE NOTE:

The total cost of transportation was computed based on information supplied at the time of your

reservation. Any change in hours of service rendered will result in additional hourly charges. We

reserve the right to increase your total rate should an increase in the time of service takes place.

No alcohol or smoking allowed on buses at any time.
